  • FREE 30min Consultation

    Let’s get to know each other! Preliminary discussion of birth desires, priorities, and needs; in-person or over the phone.

  • 2 Prenatal Visits

    Comprehensive 1 hour sessions not limited to: discussing my role as your doula as well as your expectations of me, your partner’s desired role, desired role of medications during labor and any birth planning you’ve done so far. These visits will also be a vital time to discuss [and practice] physical comfort measures and relaxation techniques. We will also discuss your postpartum/newborn plans.

    *On-call support available via text and phone call during this time/until your baby arrives.

  • Constant Labor Support

    From the moment you need me, I will remain with you for the duration of your labor and birth of your baby. Normally I will stay for up to two hours after the birth/until you are ready for quiet time together. I can also assist with initial lactation and feeding at this time.

  • 1 Postpartum Visit

    Follow up at your home after a few weeks to see how you and your family are doing, review your experience, lactation assistance, if needed, and gain feedback on my role.

in-depth add ons:

  • body work

    Perinatal body work is essential for gaining self awareness and confidence during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. In addition to the included prenatal labor positions, exercises for pelvic stability/mobility and abdominal strength will be covered.

    1 hour minimum

  • breath work

    Deep dive into various techniques of breathing for nervous system regulation and birth. Guided meditation available.

    30 minute minimum

  • belly binding

    bring support and love to your healing body with the art of Bengkung belly binding. Pre-binding, full body massage available.

    3 sessions of 1 hour each is recommended

Can a doula still help if you plan to have a medicated birth? YES!

Even if you desire to have an epidural or utilize pain medication during your labor, a doula’s support can be essential in promoting your physical and emotional well-being throughout.
