What is a fertility doula?
Like a birth doula, a fertility doula is a non-medical professional trained to support those navigating the path to conception. My mission as your fertility doula is to provide integrative fertility support to those hoping to conceive naturally and assisted, regardless of where you are in the process. I promise to regard your fertility journey with an empathetic heart and a non-judgemental ear. Holding space by listening, encouraging mindbody connection using breath and bodywork, as well as informing via evidence-based research, is my goal in helping you navigate your fertility journey.
who does a fertility doula support?
Individuals, couples and co-parents of all backgrounds who are navigating the path to conception. From trying to conceive naturally, to IUI, IVF, secondary infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy loss and failed attempts; ALL are supported with an open heart.
